Booking Protocols
To preserve the exclusivity of the experience and ensure every guest receives the highest standard of care:

All booking is completed exclusively online through our booking system.​

At this time, all guests are required to reserve under the New Guest Experience menu only, with the exception of existing clients serviced in August 2025.

Client Categories:

New Clients — Individuals who have never been serviced by Roses + Rosé before (first-time guests).

Returning Clients — Individuals who have not received services in 90 days or more.

Existing Clients — Individuals who have been serviced within the last 90 days.

Note: Clients who received services in August 2025 may continue booking from the regular menu and are not required to book under the New Guest Experience.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm every reservation.

An active card on file is mandatory for ongoing booking privileges.

All appointment requests are pending approval. If a request is not approved, the deposit will be refunded in full.
