Jay ROSÉ is the founder and CEO of Roses + ROSÉ Hair Care Spa and originator of Healthy Hair Curators ™. The healthy hair enthusiast has a Chemistry and Pharmacy background with over 15 years in combined experience and expertise in hair care, scalp care, and pharmacology. As a "Texture Expert", Jay ROSÉ is versed in multiple and diverse hair textures and types. Because of her love for self-care, community, and connection, she is embarking on a journey of her own in establishing a brick-and-mortar that encompasses "good vibes" and "self-care through haircare".
This visionary is such a vibe. Her clients love her charisma, good sense of humor, and style. She always willing to be of support to those in needs. Some of her favorite pastimes include salsa dancing, traveling, shopping, fine dining, wine tasting, and enjoying luxury spas and massages.
Booking Policy Overiew
· Appointment requests MUST be booked online via booking site. Call or text requesting services WILL NOT suffice.
· ALL appointments required a 50% service deposit. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE and are due to secure appointment.
· NO DEPOSIT NO APPOINTMENT
· OFF DAY APPOINTMENTS require an additional $75 fee plus 50% of service deposit

BEFORE/AFTER HOURS fees are $50 plus 50% of service deposit.

SAME DAY "Squeeze-In" APPOINTMENTS require an additional $25 fee plus 50% of service deposit.

Services display "STARTING PRICES".
Price is subject to increase due to density and/or length of hair.
· ALL First Time clients must book under "All First Time Client Appointments" service tabs ONLY!!

Returning clients that have not been serviced in the last 180 days (6 months) or more are considered “New Clients” and MUST book under the “All First Time Client Appointments” service tabs.
· Grace period of 10 min. is given to arrive to appointment unless discussed directly with stylist. After 10min, appointment is subjected to cancellation and/or $20 late fee.
· NO SHOWS AND CONSECUTIVE CANCELLATIONS (max. 2 consecutive cancellations) ARE BLOCKED INDEFINITELY FROM BOOKING SERVICES.
· ALL extensions and chemical services are ONLY available to regular clients. NO FIRST TIME CLIENT CAN BOOK THESE SERVICES.
· Arriving to appointment UN-DETANGLED and/or hair not taken down from previous style my result in possible cancellation of appointment and full payment of services due, or an additional $45 Detangling Fee being assessed.
· RE-styling or repairing a previous stylist work is double normal price .
