Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Roses + Rosé Hair Care Spa. By booking and receiving services with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to protect your time, your investment, and the quality of service for all guests.

1. Healthy Hair Commitment
​
1.1 Services are performed only if the hair’s condition supports the requested result. A restorative plan may be required prior to certain services.
1.2 Clients must avoid heavy oils, gels, or edge control before appointments unless otherwise instructed.
1.3 Customized at-home care recommendations will be provided and must be followed to maintain results.
1.4 Results cannot be guaranteed if compromised by unapproved products, heat misuse, or inconsistent care.
1.5 Certain services require follow-up visits for optimal health, longevity, and maintenance.

2. Booking & Deposits
​
2.1 All appointments must be booked online.
2.2 A 50% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required at booking.
2.3 Deposit invoices are only issued for custom or miscellaneous services pre-approved by the provider. Unpaid invoices after 24 hours result in automatic cancellation.
2.4 An active card on file is required for all bookings.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows
​
3.1 A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
3.2 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, or failure to appear (“no-show”), will result in the remaining balance being charged to the card on file.
3.3 If the card cannot be charged, the client is prohibited from future bookings until the balance is paid.
3.4 Clients with more than two cancellations may be required to pre-pay in full and obtain pre-approval for future appointments.

4. Late Arrivals
​
4.1 A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
4.2 Arrivals after 10 minutes may result in shortened services, cancellation, or full balance charged.
4.3 Chronic lateness may result in a $50 late fee or restricted booking privileges.
4.4 Communication is required. Clients must notify the stylist prior to the appointment time if running late. Lack of timely communication may result in cancellation or penalty charges.

5. Service Preparation
​
5.1 Clients must arrive with hair taken down and lightly detangled.
5.2 Failure to comply results in a $75 detangling/take-down fee or cancellation with balance charged.
6. Payment Methods
​
6.1 Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards and digital payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay).
6.2 Cash is accepted but must be exact change.
6.3 Checks are not accepted.
6.4 All balances are due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged.

7. Privacy & Safety
​
7.1 All personal and payment information is kept strictly confidential and used solely for service-related purposes.
7.2 For safety and comfort of all guests:

No additional visitors or children unless being serviced.

No food or open beverages at styling stations.

Cell phones must be silenced or kept at a low volume.
7.3 The salon adheres to state board regulations for sanitation and safety.

8. Guest Categories
​
8.1 New Guests: First-time or those not serviced within 90+ days must book under New Guest Experience.
8.2 Existing Guests: Clients serviced within the past 90 days may book from the regular menu.
9. Service Satisfaction
​
9.1 No refunds will be issued.
9.2 Concerns must be addressed prior to leaving the salon. Once the client departs, adjustments to changes made outside the salon cannot be guaranteed.
10. Agreement
By booking and receiving services at Roses + Rosé Hair Care Spa, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
